Scenario

Silent chest, exhaustion, RR 40, SpO₂ 90%, unable to speak, weak tidal volumes.

Sort each intervention into the correct category.

Items

IM epinephrine if severe bronchospasm per protocol
Mag sulfate IV if protocol allows
Ventilator with permissive hypercapnia post-intubation
Continuous albuterol/ipratropium nebulization
Capnography after intubation
High-flow oxygen
BVM preoxygenation before RSI
RSI with ketamine or etomidate per protocol
