Scenario

MVC: open tibia fracture with active bleeding, neurovascular intact distally, contaminated wound.

Drag items into priority order, highest priority at the top.

Available

Cover wound with sterile saline-moistened dressing; do not push bone back
Splint in position found; neurovascular checks before and after
Orthopedic trauma center transport
Direct pressure and hemorrhage control
IV access, analgesia, antibiotics per protocol if allowed
