ROSC achieved after 12 minutes CPR. BP 96/58, GCS 6, EtCO₂ 38, SpO₂ 96% on BVM. STEMI on 12-lead.

Activate STEMI alert; transport to PCI-capable center
Confirm ROSC with pulse and blood pressure
Avoid hyperventilation, maintain EtCO₂ 35-45 mmHg
Treat hypotension with fluids and vasopressors per protocol
Titrate oxygen to avoid hyperoxia; target SpO₂ 94-98%
